RTF Creation:  TIFF Page Images are processed with OCR engines. Operators use a reviewer tool to cleanup suspects from the captured page. Upon cleanup RTF files are generated.

Edited Microsoft Word Documents:  RTF files are fully edited in Microsoft Word. Spell check is run against the document to verify all suspects have been corrected. Page formatting is corrected. 

Document Type: Type A:  Single column, common type face, type is at least 8 points, no tables, graphs, charts, graphics nor spreadsheets

Document Type:  Type B: Multiple columns, multiple type fonts, combination of small and large point size, tables, graphs, charts, graphics, charts, embedded spreadsheets
